The provider has a cleared background check, household member Randy Clough has an expired background check. The background check is in process and is pending fingerprints. The providers son was present at time of visit. The son left and came back. The provider reports he often drops in. The providers son will need to obtain all requirements of a household member including background check and TB test because of his presence during childcare hours.
